Zion Auto Transport– Terms & Conditions
We are Zion Auto Transport LLC (USDOT #4518537 · MC-1823830), operating as a licensed and bonded nationwide property transportation broker.
Service Completion
Once your vehicle is assigned and dispatched to a carrier via Central Dispatch, Zion Auto Transport has rendered its brokerage service in full.
Cancellations & Loading Fees
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty. Order cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to roy.singh@zionautotransport.com.
If you authorize a charge to your credit or debit card and your vehicle is dispatched to a carrier, and you subsequently cancel your order after dispatch, or if the carrier is unable to perform service due to inaccurate information provided, the loading fee charged is non-refundable.
If a carrier is delayed for any reason — including weather, traffic, scheduling, or other operational delays — and the customer chooses to cancel after a carrier has been assigned and dispatched, the loading fee remains non-refundable. Once dispatch occurs, Zion Auto Transport has fully rendered its service, and delays do not qualify for a refund.
If the assigned carrier experiences a mechanical breakdown or is unable to complete the transport:
- Zion Auto Transport has up to 48 hours to reassign a new carrier.
- If a new carrier is assigned within 48 hours, the order remains active and the loading fee is non-refundable.
- If Zion Auto Transport is unable to reassign a carrier within 48 hours, the loading fee will be fully refunded to the customer.

If a chargeback is initiated after Zion Auto Transport has assigned and dispatched a carrier, this will constitute a breach of this Agreement. By assigning and dispatching a carrier, Zion Auto Transport has fully rendered its service.
